We follow CA Lien Laws under the BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONS CODE SECTION 21700-21716, which pertain to your property if you fail to pay your balance in full each month. The timelines are strict and you could lose your property if you fail to pay each month. If you are more than 30 days behind in your payments you will not be granted access to the property and a red lock will be placed on your locker. You will need to pay in full to obtain access to the property and your locker.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals in certain situations.

  • Our normal gate hours during Fall/Winter are from 7:00am to 7:00pm and during Spring/Summer from 7:00am to 9:00pm. If you are on the property after 9pm, you will not be able to exit. Please contact the office to arrange for longer gate access hours.

  • We cannot provide partial month refunds on your unused storage fees. If you have pre-paid for a month, a refund will be set up and a check will be mailed to you. Please provide us with your 7+ day written notice to vacate and we will pro-rate your last month’s fees.

  • You can request an invoice and we can remind you via an email of your payment due.
  • Please code-in and code-out when entering or exiting the property. Doing this turns off/on your unit’s alarm. Do not follow someone in an open gate.

  • No alcoholic beverages or open containers allowed on the property.

  • There is vehicle traffic inside the property with many blind corners. Do not allow small children to roam around or play in an aisle way. Keep pets on a leash or in your vehicle.

  • Do not ride bikes, scooters or skateboards inside the property.

  • Please do not perform on-site repair work to vehicles stored in a unit or on the RV area.

  • Be respectful of your neighbors on the property: No loud music, do not block other storage locker doorways or aisles, remove your trash, do not store food in your locker (it attracts rodents).

  • There are no dumpsters or trash cans available on the property.

  • Please do not bring any bolt cutters or grinders onto the property. Ask the manager for assistance if you need a lock cut. You will need to verify identity prior to the lock being cut. Cut lock fees are $20.00 paid up front in cash.
